AHN Healthcare@Home in Latrobe, PA is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to manage and deliver patient care plans in home settings. This full‑time role covers Latrobe and surrounding areas, with a significant bonus package including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.

• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
• The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule.
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
