Haven Hospice in Orange Park, FL is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team for 7am–7pm shifts. You will provide patient-centered nursing care in a dedicated hospice setting, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and educating caregivers, with on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in Florida

As a Hospice Registered Nurse You will:

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.
