Job summary

AccentCare Inc. is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut. The role covers multiple communities within the area, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm and a pay range of $90,000–$100,000 depending on experience.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver compassionate, patient‑centered hospice care. You’ll be autonomous yet supported by a mission‑driven organization, providing assessments, care planning, and education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice (Connecticut)
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers
