AccentCare, Inc. seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient‑centered interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes autonomy, top‑of‑license practice, and compassionate care for hospice patients and families in the Bowie–Bethesda corridor of Maryland.

The position features Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401(k). Coverage area includes Bowie, College Park, Beltsville, Rockville, Bethesda.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
