Job summary

AccentCare Inc is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary care team in the Maryland area. The role offers a Monday–Friday 8-hour shift schedule and a pay range of $90,000 to $107,000, depending on experience.

You will provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients, support families, and collaborate with physicians and staff to create comprehensive care plans. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), and additional wellness

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
