AccentCare in Bucks County is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will provide individualized nursing care, support families, educate caregivers, and coordinate care across disciplines to uphold comfort and dignity for patients at life's most delicate moments.
You must hold a valid RN license in your state, have at least one year of nursing experience, and have reliable transportation.
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)
Pay: $ 90,000 - $$95,000 based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Coverage Area:Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Delaware Counties

You can find success in this role if you've held the following positions: Hospice Registered Nurse, Home Health Registered Nurse, Palliative Care Nurse, MedSurg Registered Nurse, Oncology Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, Field Nurse, Visiting Nurse, Admissions Nurse, Patient Care Nurse, RN Care Coordinator, or Clinical Nurse in acute care, home health, or communitybased settings.
