AccentCare Inc. in Bristol Township, PA is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, delivering comfort and dignity to hospice patients and families.

The role emphasizes top of license practice with strong support from a mission-driven organization. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, a territory covering Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and Delaware Counties, and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments-physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
