AccentCare Inc is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive interdisciplinary team caring for patients in Grenada and surrounding areas. Schedule is M-F 8a-5p with mileage-based pay; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k) and more.

The role requires an MS RN license and at least one year of nursing experience, with reliable transportation. You will deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care and coordinate with families and physicians to maintain

• Registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (MS).
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the inter-disciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual domains.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.

• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.

Selected Nurse will have least 2 years experience in hospital, home health or hospice and a MS RN license
