Hospice Registered Nurse

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop, implement, and update individualized care plans, and manage symptoms to maintain comfort. Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure seamless support. Key duties include educating patients and families, offering emotional and spiritual support, and advocating for patient needs. Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure accurate, timely documentation of clinical care and outcomes.
