La Vita Bella Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and support patients in their homes across our NM territory.

Qualifications

• Active NM RN license or eligible to practice in New Mexico.
• Hospice/home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach for end-of-life care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in patients' homes.
• Assess and manage symptoms; adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate and support patients and family members.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and document care delivery.

• Active RN license in the state of NM

• Experience in hospice, home health, med-surg, oncology, geriatrics, or critical care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
