You will assess patients, support families, and travel within the assigned territory to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NM required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, med-surg, oncology, geriatrics, or critical care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, calm, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
