West Infusion Nurses Network (WINNfusion) seeks compassionate Registered Nurses for home infusion per-diem roles. You will provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes across Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas, delivering medications and monitoring responses with autonomy and flexibility.

The ideal candidate holds active WA/OR RN licenses, 2+ years of nursing experience, strong IV skills, and a valid driver's license. A supportive, nurse-led culture and flexible scheduling are featured benefits.

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care in a low-stress environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
• Accurately document patient conditions and communicate updates to supervisors
• Maintain detailed records of care and observations

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Washington and Oregon
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Proficient IV skills, including access to peripheral veins, Mediports, PICC lines, and central lines
• Strong interpersonal and client care abilities
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
