Job summary

WINNfusion is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing home infusion team in Arlington, WA and surrounding areas. This per-diem role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes.

You will administer medications, monitor for adverse reactions, document patient conditions, and maintain detailed records while traveling up to 60 miles from home.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Proficient IV skills, including peripheral veins access, Mediports, PICC lines, and central lines.
• Strong interpersonal and client care abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Accurately document patient conditions and communicate updates to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed records of care and observations.
