Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role servicing Howard County, Maryland. The position focuses on home health for seniors within a limited geographic area, avoiding excessive commuting.

Responsibilities include following care plans, conducting home visits, administering medications, wound care, and coordinating with the care team. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with competitive benefits and career development opportunities.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Full Time opportunity throughout Howard County, Maryland.

This full-time position is to service seniors under their home health benefit but within 1-2 communities only - it's home health without the typical home health commute!

Must be available Monday thru Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm.

As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Makehome visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications:
$52.00-$56.00 per point.
