Job summary

Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to serve patients throughout the Lower Bucks, PA area. This is a full-time or part-time salaried role offering weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute and post-acute care needs, and provide wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical support in patients' homes. Training is provided, with 24/7 clinical support and a strong emphasis on patient autonomy

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive home health nursing assessments and interventions.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home.
• Administer medications, provide education, and ensure safety monitoring.

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients throughout the surrounding Lower Bucks, PA area. This is a full-time or part-time, salaried position.

What you’ll do:

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$62.00 - $68.00 per point ($96,720 - $106,080 annual earning potential)
