Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in the patient’s home across Wareham, Rochester, Marion, Mattapoisett and surrounding towns. You will join a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care that enables patients to remain at home.

Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, wound care, medication reconciliation, and real-time clinical decision making.

Qualifications

• Current MA nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Apply experience in acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$58.00 - $62.00 per point
