Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in Senior Living Communities. You will be integral to a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, acute/post-acute care management, and timely, accurate documentation. We offer a supportive environment with weekly pay, strong benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania nursing license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma or degree).
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in the past two years.

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in Senior Living Communities.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Maintain accurate, timely point-of-care documentation.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in Senior Living Communities. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$52-$64 per point
