ATC Healthcare Services in Hartford, CT is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home assessments. This is a full-time role with a schedule you build yourself, focusing on one-on-one patient assessments rather than bedside care.

You will conduct in-home health assessments, document findings, identify risks, and build rapport, with remote 5-day training and a 12-week contract that can be extended.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (CT) required.
• 1+ year home health clinical experience.
• Reliable transportation & Valid Driver's License (A MUST)
