Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN, In-Home Skilled Nursing) to provide compassionate skilled nursing care in clients' homes. You will independently assess patient needs, perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans in line with clinical protocols.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, updating care plans, educating clients and families, and coordinating with physicians, therapists and caregivers to support patients staying at home.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure required.
