Rosaires Care is seeking an In-Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. You will assess health status, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to develop individualized plans.

You will educate patients and families on disease management, safety, and self-care, document updates in the EMR, and support a patient-first approach through strong communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Active RN licensure and strong clinical nursing skills.
• Ability to assess patients comprehensively and adjust care within scope.
• Medication administration proficiency and treatment delivery experience.
• Excellent communication, teaching, and patient/family education skills.
• Comfort working collaboratively with physicians and care teams.
• Strong documentation skills in an electronic medical record.
