Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN to provide specialized home health nursing. You will visit patients, assess needs, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop and update personalized care plans, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Valid RN license and driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; 2–5 years with Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and cultural competency.
