Job summary

Sonder Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Stockton, Tracy, and Manteca, CA. Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience, home health experience required.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
