Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for weekend home care. Provide skilled nursing in patients' homes by assessing health needs, developing and updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, and documenting care accurately.

Key responsibilities include patient assessments, creating individualized care plans, coordinating with providers, educating patients and caregivers on care procedures, safety, and wellbeing to ensure quality

Qualifikationen

• Current RN licensure required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to respect patient preferences and backgrounds.
