BAYADA Home Health Care in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. This is a full-time or part-time position serving adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis across Atlantic County.

One year of clinical RN experience preferred. Base pay varies by qualifications, with potential annual earnings in the six figures; BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills, including EMR.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and visit clients at home.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document actions taken.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

BAYADA Home Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in our Egg Harbor Township, NJ Office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Atlantic county.

This is a full-time or part-time position.

One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$54.00 - $64.00 per point ($84,240 - $99,840 annual earning potential)
