Job summary

Ohioans Home Healthcare in Lorain County is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health team. You will assess, plan and implement patient care, educate patients and families on diseases, procedures and medications, and manage in-home treatments such as IVs, wound care, trachs, and catheter care.

Qualifications

• One year of acute care experience is required.
• Current RN state licensure is required and in good standing.
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement patient care in home settings.
• Educate patients and families on diseases, procedures and medications.
• Manage in-home treatments such as IVs, PICC lines, wound care, trachs and catheters.
• Collaborate with Case Manager and maintain electronic charting on iPad.
