Registered Nurse Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a home setting.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
3. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
4. Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and care procedures.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
6. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
7. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

1. Current and valid RN license in Wisconsin.
2. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. CPR certification and other relevant certifications preferred.
