Job summary

Clarity Care Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Green Bay, WI. This part-time role focuses on one-on-one client care to improve quality of life and independence.

Ideal candidates hold a Wisconsin RN license, a BSN preferred, and have at least 1 year in general or home health nursing. The position requires up to 80% travel and will involve collaboration with the local Home Health Department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse Licensure with the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing Required.
• One year experience in General, Home Health and/or Public Health nursing required, 2 years and Home Health experience preferred.

• Undergo successful orientation and participate in competency-based assessments of skills on a regular basis as required by state law.

• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license (where required), and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance (where required).


• Must pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
