BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking registered nurses to deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients in the New Castle County area including Wilmington, Newark, New Castle, Bear and Middletown.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to care for adult and pediatric clients.
• Willingness to work flexible day/evening/overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to adult and pediatric clients.
• Coordinate care with the clinical support team.
• Document care and patient status in Statewise.
• Engage in training and simulation labs as needed.

We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. We offer a multitude of paid training to our nurses to feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.

Available RN Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified accredited/approved nursing program

Pay: Between $33-$43/hour, based on client care and shift.
