Qualifications

• Current valid Delaware or multistate RN license.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home pediatric patient care.
• Follow care plans and document clinical observations.
• Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure safe, quality care.
