BAYADA Delaware Pediatric North Office is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. You will provide one-on-one private duty nursing in clients' homes, delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Pay is up to $43/hour with flexible scheduling, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN).
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes for private duty care.
• Follow doctor orders, perform assessments and monitor conditions.

• We pride ourselves on providing an excellent on boarding and training experience from Day 1.
• On your paid first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want. Lunch will be provided and some BAYADA swag!
• During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed. All training is paid as well! We also provide you with refreshments.
• On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits:

• Traditional shifts (8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• Client age ranges from infant to young adult.

What your day looks like with BAYADA:

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
