BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support private duty and private home care in Delaware. The role focuses on geriatric and adult clients, delivering high-quality care with compassion and reliability.

You'll travel to client homes, follow doctor orders, and document care while maintaining autonomy and strong client relationships. BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits and paid training as part of a supportive team.

Formación

• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Experience in home health care is preferred.

Our BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a Registered Nurse ( RN ) who has a passion for adult and/or geriatric care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. • We pride ourselves on providing an excellent on boarding and training experience from Day 1.
• On your first day, you can expect to meet the team and we will go over your availability and discuss possible schedules that will fit your lifestyle and our client needs. You will meet with our clinical educator and schedule any training you may need or want.
• During your paid Orientation, you will work on some training with our clinical educator in the SIM lab. Documentation training, fit testing and ID badge will also be completed. All training is paid as well! We also provide you with lunch and a bag of BAYADA swag!
• On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits:

• Traditional shifts (8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay up to $43/hour based on client care and shift
• Flexible scheduling
