You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate families while collaborating with the medical team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

This full-time, day-shift role requires an RN license, an associate degree (bachelor preferred), and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes in a faith-based healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations and provide interventions when needed.
