Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which they are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Delegate and supervise care by licensed and other staff.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care accordingly.
• Document assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
• Promote evidence-based care and contribute to nursing quality indicators.
