Qualifications

• ADN/BSN required or higher.
• active RN license in NH.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Perform physical assessments, nursing diagnoses, care plan development.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
