Job summary

Genesiscareers in New Hampshire is hiring an Evening RN for a full-time position with a $5k sign-on bonus. Pay is base plus $1 per hour, with in-lieu-of benefits and shift differential included in the pay range.

The hospital-style long-term care setting values compassionate care, teamwork, and professional growth, with opportunities for advancement. Under Nurse Supervisor guidance, the RN performs thorough assessments, develops care plans, administers meds, and mentors CNAs and LPNs.

Qualifications

• RN license active and unencumbered in NH.
• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric care preferred.
• English proficiency for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs and physicians to optimize care.
• Develop and update individualized care plans and ensure safety.
• Mentor nursing staff and support onboarding.
