Job summary

Genesiscareers seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bloomfield, NM team on a full-time basis, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and day/night/PRN shifts. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active, current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS / CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• English proficiency for documentation and patient safety.
• Must fulfill health screenings including TB verification per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to manage care plans and ensure safe discharge planning.
• Mentor and onboard newly hired nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR.
• Adhere to HIPAA and infection control protocols.

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
