Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse with an active license (RN).
• Associate Degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and with every shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and monitor responses, documenting care in the medical record.
• Respond to patient requests promptly and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Translate medical terminology to patients to ensure understanding of treatment plans.
