Genesis is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a supportive long-term care setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes and family satisfaction.

Under supervision of the Nurse Supervisor/Unit Manager, you will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and ensure documentation accuracy using PCC EHR, while mentoring CNAs and LPNS to support team growth and patient safety.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharge.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
