Job summary

PAM Health Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills is hiring an RN Charge Nurse to lead nursing teams in the inpatient unit. The role coordinates delivery of care, supports nursing leadership, and ensures clinical standards are met on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements include an active RN license in Texas, current BLS, and ACLS; ACLS mandatory after 90 days. Prior ICU/vent/trach experience is a plus. Full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities within PAM Health.

Qualifications

• RN License in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification is preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment
• ACLS is REQUIRED from day 1 for all Charge Nurses

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care and act as clinical/leadership resource
• Provide leadership by collaborating with medical, ancillary, and support staff
• Maintain standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting
