PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on the nursing unit. The RN plans, coordinates, and teaches patients and families for post-hospitalization needs, including discharge planning and community resource access.

Holds an active RN license in NV (or compact), with BLS current and ACLS within 90 days of employment. ACLS is required for Charge Nurses.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NV or compact state is required.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS within 90 days.
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses; must be AHA approved.
• One year inpatient med-surgical experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for admitted patients.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge teaching.
• Support patient and family education for post-hospital care.
