Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the inpatient unit. Under the direction of Nursing leadership, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise care, educate patients and families, and participate in interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning.

The role requires RN licensure, current BLS, and ACLS certification with ACLS required for Charge Nurses; one year of inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 90 days.
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the unit.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
