Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN preferred or obtained within 5 years for ADN holders.
• Nebraska RN license or valid compact multi-state license.
• Annual mandatory education requirements.
• ACLS/BLS certifications may be required for some units.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care across PCU population.
• Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments and contribute to discharge planning.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Perform nursing interventions safely following established protocols and standards of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teammates.
