Qualifications
- Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current State of Illinois RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through American Heart Association.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and complex patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
- Mentor and precept new team members.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in nursing practice.
