Boone Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the GI team. This day shift role offers 36 hours per week across four 9-hour shifts (Mon–Thu). A $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available, with benefits starting on day one.

The position includes GI Lab preop, circulating, and recovery duties within a collaborative care environment. The ideal candidate has an RN license and a nursing degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educates patients and families on illness, home care needs and medications.
• Uses critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
• Develops and implements care plans with the healthcare team.
• Evaluates patient response and adjusts plan throughout the stay.
• Promotes safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
