Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care in a geriatric setting at Bermuda Commons. You will follow physician orders, administer medications, supervise nursing staff, and assist with physician rounds, rounds-related care, and treatments.

You will also document care, maintain infection control, and support admissions and annual physicals to ensure timely care.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse licensed in North Carolina.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification annually.
• Able to supervise nursing assistants.
• Dependable, flexible and team-oriented.
• Sound clinical judgment and decision-making.
• Willing to participate in in-service training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality nursing care following physician orders and facility policies.
• Administer medications as ordered and per policy.
• Lead and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians with rounds and duties.
• Provide patient care during rounds and procedures.
• Document treatments and maintain infection control.
• Ensure cleanliness and standard precautions.
• Assist with admissions, scheduling physicals and documentation.
