Elderwood at Lancaster is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise aides, document care plans, and monitor residents for changes while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN license required with current state licensure.
• Experience in geriatric setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor nursing care by Nursing Assistants.
• Assist Nursing Assistants with direct resident care as needed.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Follow Plan of Care and monitor care plan implementation.
• Document in care plans and medical records and ensure accuracy.
