Job summary

Valley Health System in Montvale, NJ seeks an experienced RN to manage clinic workflow and direct clinical staff under physician/APP supervision. You will provide direct patient care with a courteous, patient-centered approach and document in the EMR per policy.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NJ RN license, and BCLS. Two years of outpatient clinic experience is preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

May be responsible to maintain appropriate logs and licensing for laboratory, CLIA, vaccines and medication under regulatory guidelines. Responsible for storage and inventory of all clinical supplies. Maintains a close working relationship with physicians, advanced practice providers, Medical Director, and Management. Provides direct patient care in a courteous, caring, and respective manner. Documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and VMG policy and procedures.EducationCompletion of formal coursework that is equivalent to a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Combination of equivalent years of relevant work experience and some formal education may be considered. BSN PreferredExperienceMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting. Also, demonstrates understanding of the operations in a medical practice environment preferred.SkillsCurrent and valid New Jersey RN. Current and valid BCLS certification required.
