IV Nutrition Alpharetta is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Functional Wellness team. The role focuses on IV and injection therapies, blood testing support, and guiding clients toward long-term wellness with a root-cause approach.

Based in Alpharetta, GA, this on-site position offers $30–$40 per hour (plus tips and commissions) and opportunities for professional growth as you expand your knowledge in functional medicine and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum two years in vascular access or infusion therapy.
• Strong venous access skills for peripheral veins.
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in functional medicine and wellness optimization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to help clients improve health and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand symptoms, goals and lifestyle factors.
• Administer IV and intramuscular nutrient therapies per protocol.
• Review health histories, medications, allergies and vital signs; monitor safety.
• Educate clients on personalized wellness protocols and testing.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records of care and responses.
• Participate in ongoing training on functional medicine and therapies.
• Support clinic growth and community outreach.
• Ensure clinic safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
