Job summary

Lile Wellness in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered practice. You will deliver direct patient care, administer IV therapies and injections, and support clinical operations in a calm, high-touch environment.

You will collaborate with providers and the nursing team to educate patients, monitor responses, and coordinate care plans in line with functional medicine and concierge-style wellness.

Lile Wellness is a patient-centered functional medicine practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, integrative, and personalized care. Our Alpharetta, Georgia clinic provides a supportive, collaborative environment focused on wellness, prevention, and high-touch patient experience. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays an essential role in delivering direct patient care, administering treatments, and supporting clinical operations. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about whole-person wellness, patient education, and working in a calm, supportive, high-quality clinical environment. The RN will work closely with providers, PharmDs, and clinical staff to ensure safe and positive outcomes for patients receiving IV therapies, injections, and functional medicine treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapies, injections, and in-office treatments
• Assist with specialized procedures, including EBOO
• Educate patients on treatment plans, protocols, and post-care instructions
• Monitor patients during treatments and respond to any side effects or complications
• Document all patient care accurately and promptly in the EMR
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with providers and the clinical team
• Work directly with Dr. Lile to coordinate clinical care and support individualized patient treatment plans
• Serve as a liaison between patients, the provider, and clinical team
• Provide non-acute clinical triage and facilitating timely communication and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with the registered nursing team, both on-site and remotely, to ensure continuity of care and seamless clinical coordination

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia or compact multistate Licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Proven experience administering IV therapies and infusion-based treatments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-focused medical settings
• Prior ICU or Emergency Department experience
• Familiarity with concierge-style or patient-centered care models
• Interest in preventative, holistic, and lifestyle medicine
