Job summary

Blue Alchemy IV Hydration & Wellness in Evans, GA is seeking an experienced IV Staff Nurse to blend clinical skill with warmth, ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.

You will perform IV insertions, hydration infusions, and wellness therapies, document EMR records, educate clients, and maintain infection control in a luxury-level clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills required
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills
• Interest in holistic wellness, preventative health, and optimization preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertions with confidence and skill
• Administer IV hydration, vitamin infusions, injections, and wellness therapies according to protocols
• Monitor clients during treatments and respond appropriately to concerns or reactions
• Conduct client assessments, intake reviews, and documentation
• Maintain accurate EMR charting and clinical records
• Educate clients on therapies, wellness goals, hydration, and nutrient support
• Maintain infection control and clinical safety standards
• Create a welcoming, calming, luxury-level client experience
• Build meaningful relationships with recurring clients
• Support a positive, uplifting clinic culture
• Participate in clinic growth initiatives and community outreach

This is not a traditional bedside nursing role, and it is not a typical med spa job either. As our IV Staff Nurse, you will combine real clinical skill with warmth and presence, helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident every time they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do
